Sales Coordinator•Guy C. Lee Building Materials Sneads Ferry, NC Guy C. Lee Building Materials is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Sneads Ferry. This role supports both outside sales personnel and customers while ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Assist outside sales personnel and customers Perform order entry Assist customers with any concerns or questions Inform customers of any order or delivery changes Maintain knowledge of products the store carries and services offered Order products using vendor portals Encourage customers to purchase products, know your materials to make sure customers are informed for their projects. Operate cash registers and balance drawers, perform back up duties and fill in for counter sales Adherent to store policies and procedures Requirements Strong understanding of building components particularly windows and doors Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills, this position requires above and beyond people skills. Ability to learn and use vendor portals and POS systems
