PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Endorse and comply with all Standard Heating and Air Conditioning's Safety policies and initiatives. Support and encourages an Employee Owner culture. Effectively demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when working with customers, contractors, and co-workers. Prepare accurate repair and replacement estimates for commercial and residential HVAC systems. Review technician findings, photos, and notes to develop scope of work. Present repair options clearly to customers, including pricing, timelines, and system impacts. Follow up on open estimates to secure approvals and schedule work. Upsell appropriate system upgrades, preventative maintenance, and efficiency improvements. Serve as an internal point of contact between customers, service technicians, and dispatch. Answer incoming customer inquiries regarding repairs, pricing, and timelines. Provide technicians with approved scopes, parts information, and job details. Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. Enter estimates, approvals, and job notes into the service management system. Ensure pricing accuracy and margin targets are met. Track open, approved, and declined estimates. Assist with parts ordering coordination when needed. Maintain organized documentation and customer records. Additional duties or responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Available for flexible scheduling of work hours and overtime as required. Must be able to complete projects independently and without regular supervision. Experience with both commercial and residential HVAC. Estimating or inside sales background. Familiarity with flat-rate pricing and cost-plus estimating. Knowledge of local codes and compliance requirements.
