We are currently looking to add a General Manager/Sales Leader to our dealership in Weare, NH. Big Boy's Toys is a family-owned company with locations in CT and NH. As a General Manager you would be responsible for working to improve the processes in our service and parts departments as well as general management of customer relationships and the internal team. Sales responsibilities would be developing leads, following-up and closing sales while providing the customer with a great experience. This position would include a base salary with the opportunity for commissions. Training and support from ownership available for motivated candidates that may not have general management experience.
