We are hiring a full-time Verizon Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll meet with customers, introduce Verizon internet services, recommend solutions based on their needs, and deliver outstanding customer service. Verizon Sales Representative Responsibilities Meet with customers face-to-face to present Verizon internet services and recommend solutions based on their communication needs. Explain Verizon products, service plans, pricing, promotions, and account options in a clear and professional manner. Guide customers through service selections, enrollments, and account activations while delivering excellent customer service. Build positive customer relationships and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales. Collaborate with fellow Verizon Sales Representatives and leadership to achieve individual and team sales goals. Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, communication, and sales skills. Verizon Sales Representative Qualifications Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing role is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning about Verizon products and delivering professional customer service. Interest in technology, internet services, and helping customers find the right communication solutions.
