We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! We are looking for someone who is driven to make Sales goals, complete requested tasks, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. Responsibilities Engage with customers in retail stores and at client locations to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Conduct upselling by identifying additional solutions that benefit the customer while increasing sales revenue. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service. Achieve all monthly and annual Sales goals. Assist customers in Billing, policy reviews, and policy changes. Answer phone calls in a timely manner. Maintain a positive attitude with team and customers. Experience Prior retail store experience or customer service background is highly preferred. Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and client communication enhances success in this role. Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and team members alike. Basic math proficiency is necessary for accurate pricing and sales calculations.

PROPERTY AND CASUALTY AND LIFE ACCIDENT AND HEALTH LICENSE WILL BE REQUIRE TO OBATAIN.

We are filling 2 positions: 9-1 and 1-5

Monday- Friday Pay:
