What You'll Do:

Greet and guide customers through their buying experience Build rapport, identify needs, and present tailored vehicle solutions Assist in trade-in evaluations and finance options Stay on top of inventory, incentives, and specials Follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale for long-term retention

What We're Looking For:

Auto sales experience is a plus

• but we train hungry talent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and coachable attitude Ability to work full-time and weekends as needed CRM experience (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, First Pencil) is a bonus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly valued
