We are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to build a long-term career in automotive sales. Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle selection and purchasing Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships Work with management to structure and close deals Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Automotive sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Motivated, professional, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license required Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment What We Offer High commission earning potential Growing inventory with consistent sales opportunities Internet leads provided Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity to grow with a dealership that is actively expanding Schedule Full-time Monday - Saturday Location Imola Motors 2962 Route 23 Newfoundland, NJ 07435
