Sullivan Financial Group is looking for a driven sales professional to join our growing Westwood, NJ agency. Insurance experience is not required. If you've sold cars, solar, home improvement, financial products, telecommunications, memberships, or anything else where your income depended on your ability to sell , we'd like to meet you. What You Get $40,000 base salary Tiered commission from 6% up to 14% No cap on commission earnings $1,000 performance bonus after 90 days $1,000+ monthly investment in exclusive NJ internet leads Lead management system + integrated dialer AI-powered sales role-play training Sales coaching and a proven sales process Paid assistance with required insurance licensing Access to Medical, dental, vision, Group Life & AD&D 401(k) with employer match Monday-Friday, 9-5 No weekends or holidays What You'll Do You'll work exclusive internet leads provided by the agency.

Your job is to:

Call → Connect → Quote → Follow Up → Close You'll make outbound calls, generate quotes, overcome objections, follow up with prospects and sell Auto, Home and other insurance products. You'll also develop Life insurance opportunities and obtain your Life license within your first 90 days. We Like Activity This is a high-energy sales environment.

Our daily benchmarks include:

7+ quotes 3+ hours of talk time 1+ household closed You don't have to hit every number every day—but you need to be someone who consistently produces activity and results. Your First 90 Days Our expectation is 45+ new business items in your first 90 days. And there's an additional $1,000 bonus for producing: 50 Allstate P&C items + 2 Life cases within your first 90 days. We Don't Need You to Know Insurance We can teach insurance. We can help you get licensed. We can provide the leads. We can provide the technology. We can provide the training. What we can't teach is drive.
