What You'll Do As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for creating new customer opportunities by engaging homeowners throughout your assigned territory and at community events.
Responsibilities Include:
Introduce homeowners to our products and services. Generate qualified appointments for our sales team. Educate potential customers on available solutions. Build rapport and create positive first impressions. Represent the company professionally within local neighborhoods and at promotional events. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Work toward daily and weekly performance goals. Collaborate with leadership through ongoing coaching and training. Attend team meetings and development sessions. Qualifications:
Strong communication skills Positive attitude and coachable mindset Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, military, fitness, telecommunications, or other people-focused industries are encouraged to apply.
