Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative Reports To Sales Manager / Director of Sales Position Summary Bachman's HVAC Solutions is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative to develop and grow preventive maintenance agreements throughout the Cincinnati Tri-State area. This position focuses on building long-term customer relationships, identifying facility needs, and helping clients protect their HVAC investments through customized maintenance programs. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial HVAC, facilities management, building services, or technical sales and enjoys creating value for customers while driving recurring revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Business Development Prospect and generate new commercial maintenance agreement opportunities. Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, plant managers, and building owners. Conduct facility visits and HVAC system assessments. Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, repairs, equipment upgrades, and energy-saving solutions. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events. Sales & Customer Management Prepare and present customized HVAC maintenance proposals. Follow up on quotations and negotiate contract terms. Manage the sales pipeline through CRM software. Conduct regular account reviews and customer visits. Coordinate customer meetings and quarterly business reviews. Collaboration Work closely with service managers, technicians, and project teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Communicate customer needs and project details to operations teams. Assist in identifying repair and replacement opportunities discovered during maintenance visits. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Attend sales meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of B2B sales experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Preferred Experience selling commercial HVAC maintenance agreements. Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and building automation systems. Experience working with facility managers, industrial facilities, schools, healthcare facilities, or commercial property managers. Technical or mechanical aptitude.
