The Cellular Sales Specialist meets our customers personally, learns about their current phone and plan, and introduces them to options they might not have considered. You'll also ensure every price is broken down clearly and every contract term is explained properly. As a Cellular Sales Specialist, you'll provide solutions through AT&T, ensuring customers find the right devices and data plans for their needs. The Cellular Sales Specialist will focus on sales and support, ensuring every customer sees the value in AT&T. By driving sales with empathy and expertise, you'll help customers embrace AT&T as the answer to their connectivity needs. Responsibilities of the Cellular Sales Specialist Offer direct, one-on-one support to customers exploring AT&T mobile phones, tablets, wearables, hotspots, and data plans Drive sales growth by presenting the latest AT&T smartphones in person and helping customers select the best unlimited data options. Support informed purchasing decisions through clear explanations and comparisons of AT&T mobile solutions. Assist customers with device activations, transfers, and getting started with their new AT&T mobile services. Deliver exceptional support by helping customers maximize value from their chosen AT&T mobile devices and plans. Consistently meet sales goals by creating positive experiences that lead to successful AT&T mobile phone and data plan sales. Qualifications of a Cellular Sales Specialist A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus. Background in sales or customer service is a bonus, but no experience is required. Drives results through a self-motivated, sales-focused mindset. Promotes service features that enhance everyday connectivity and lifestyle. Listens actively to identify customer needs and recommend sales solutions.
