We have been locally owned and operated since 2012 and specialize in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and insurance restoration throughout Northeast Ohio. This is not a high-pressure sales position. You will inspect properties, educate homeowners, guide them through the insurance restoration process, and manage each customer from the initial inspection through project completion. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with homeowners, crews, office staff, and insurance adjusters. Roofing, construction, restoration, or sales experience Comfortable door knocking and canvassing neighborhoods Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Able to walk, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods Cannot be afraid of heights Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs Able to lift up to 50 pounds Valid Ohio driver's license Reliable transportation Professional appearance and positive attitude Responsibilities Door knock and canvass assigned neighborhoods Generate leads and schedule property inspections Inspect residential roofs, siding, windows, and gutters Identify and document storm or property damage Meet with homeowners and explain their restoration options Communicate with insurance adjusters Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process Review project scopes, measurements, and materials Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and office staff Keep customers updated throughout their projects Maintain accurate notes, photos, and paperwork Meet monthly sales and production goals Pay and Schedule $20 per hour 8% gross commission on approved insurance restoration projects Quarterly performance bonus opportunities Annual performance bonus opportunities Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Primarily Monday through Friday Occasional evening or weekend work may be required In-person and field-based position
