Sales Coordinator Location:
Mason, OH 45040 Marriott Cincinnati Northeast Marriott Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department by coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and sales support activities. Coordinate and manage sales inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client and sales data. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event and group booking execution. Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely information and resolve any issues. Support the planning and execution of sales events and promotional activities. Track and monitor sales leads and opportunities to assist in achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Previous experience in sales coordination, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
