Key duties include following up on leads, scheduling appointments, managing customer information, and ensuring customer satisfaction, primarily through phone and email. This role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills to manage leads and maintain a customer database.
Key responsibilities Handle customer inquiries:
Answer incoming calls and emails from potential and existing customers regarding sales and service.
Schedule appointments:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments, sales appointments, and test drives.
Manage leads:
Follow up on leads from various sources, such as the internet, to generate new appointments and sales opportunities.
Maintain customer records:
Accurately enter and update customer information in the dealership's CRM or management software.
Ensure customer satisfaction:
Conduct post-service follow-ups to check on customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise.
Build relationships:
Develop and maintain a strong customer network by building rapport and following up with new and existing clients. Required skills and qualifications
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service:
A professional, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude is crucial for initial customer contact.
Computer proficiency:
Must be computer literate and comfortable with data entry, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other dealership software.
Organization:
Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to handle a high volume of tasks.
Teamwork and motivation:
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is important.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Evenings and Saturdays are requried. Base pay plus commission.
MINIMUM 1 YEAR PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE BDC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
