Arbuckle Roofing is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and earning uncapped commission. As a Roofing Sales Rep, you will help homeowners through the roofing process—from identifying storm damage to working with insurance companies and ensuring customers receive high-quality roofing services.

Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads in assigned areas Perform roof inspections for storm damage Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process Assist customers through project completion Maintain strong customer relationships Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and driven to succeed Reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
