Keep management up to date on the status of each customer's jobs. Explain and demonstrate products to customers Prepare quotes for customers and deliver in a professional manner. Facilitate communication between customers & inside sales staff regarding scheduling. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and inside sales staff Resolve customer problems in an efficient manner Maintain a solid knowledge base of local codes, lumber products, roofing products, and industry norms Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience in lumber, windows, doors, roofing, millwork and hardware.
