Job Summary Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Inside Sales Representative Lead to join a leading semiconductor distribution company in Hillsboro, OR. This individual will be a self-starter, technical, driven individual who will work cooperatively with a distribution team to maintain and grow existing business, create new business, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction. This individual must be a team player, joining to lead a small 3 person team and be able to wear many hats if needed. • 5+ years of experience in product sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Semiconductor industry experience (or industrial or manufacturing)
• Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Should be proficient in CRM software solutions
• Profit 21 experience (P21) is highly preferred Shipping and receiving/warehouse experience.
