This is more than an opportunity to join a team. You will have the chance to help BUILD one from the very beginning. As one of our founding Sherwood Wellness Consultants, you will play an important role in launching our newest location, welcoming our very first guests, building our membership base, creating lasting client relationships, and helping establish the culture and success of the spa from day one. And while the location may be new, we are not! You will be joining an experienced, established organization with multiple successful Hand & Stone locations, strong leadership, proven training, and a team that knows how to launch, grow, and support successful spas. What You'll Do:

Help launch and grow our newest Hand & Stone location by creating an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors Deliver a world class guest experience that leaves clients feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to return Build relationships with new guests and help turn first time visitors into long term Hand & Stone members Share your knowledge of our massages, facials, and enhancements to match clients with the right services for their wellness journey Sell, sell, sell! Drive membership sales, gift card purchases, and service upgrades with confidence Help establish a strong sales culture and contribute to the success of the Sherwood spa from day one Maximize the appointment book by coordinating with therapists and estheticians Keep the spa welcoming, calming, and beautifully maintained Track your sales goals, celebrate your wins, and take pride in helping build something successful

We're Looking For:

Passion for wellness, beauty, and self care A proven sales track record (membership sales = major plus!) A competitive, goal crushing mindset because you love hitting and exceeding targets Someone excited by the opportunity to build, grow, and be part of something from the beginning Exceptional communication skills because you can build trust, spark interest, and close the deal Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays A polished, professional presence with a warm, welcoming personality Computer skills (Zenoti Spa Software experience = HUGE plus!)
