• Full time, permanent role, with benefits and PTO Our client, a manufacturing company located near Coopersburg, PA, is seeking an Engineering Specialist or Sales Engineer. This is a direct hire position, working directly for the client from start.
• Please note, this is a standalone role, working as the only engineer for a small manufacturing business. You must be comfortable being the only engineer onsite. Responsibilities
• Develop and help design products according to customer specifications
• Project management
• scheduling, prioritizing, and organizing
• Works alongside the production and quality departments to ensure accuracy.
• Works with the Sales department for RFQs
• Work with multiple departments to resolve design-related issues. Experience
• 3+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing company

• Required:

  Completed 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, or technical training, certificates, plus years of experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 3-D modeling, able to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Excellent documentation skills
• Attention to detail, organized, excellent time management
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Outlook, Word, and Excel Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for long periods of time within a production environment
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds
