Build relationships based on trust, honesty, and exceptional customer service. Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages. Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries. Work closely with sales management to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop repeat and referral business through outstanding service. Work toward achieving personal and dealership sales goals.
