Stuckey Automotive, the area's largest and fastest growing automotive group, is urgently recruiting a Subaru Love Encore Specialist to improve customer relations, increase brand loyalty, streamline our delivery processes, and support cross-departmental growth efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

Connect with Subaru drivers to increase and manage lease renewals Build and maintain a book of business through continuous prospecting, in and out of the dealership Use our CRM to mine prospects and follow-up accordingly Create opportunities to upsell Genuine Subaru services and products Provide our Subaru customers an outstanding level of care with every transaction Offer a complete shopping experience by introducing sales customers to service advisors Engage with service advisors to identify prospects Introduce and review the Subaru Owners' Survey with customers; actively correct any potential issues Follow-up with all customers post-sale and / or post-service to ensure complete satisfaction Take advantage of resources and training made available by Subaru of America and Stuckey Subaru Stay abreast on Subaru news, product development, Love Promise campaigns, and more Foster open and honest relationships with sales and service teams and management Exercise leadership skills to mentor team members

Qualifications Skills/Requirements:

Completion of Business Administration or Automotive coursework preferred Proficient knowledge of CRM systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clean, polished appearance becoming of our organization Must submit to and pass a background check and drug test Must have a valid PA-issued Driver's License Our company is one that constantly evolves. Historically, Love Encore Specialists earned on average $75k annually or more with salary and unit bonuses. We believe in a healthy work / life balance.
