Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. If you have a passion for cars, excellent sales skills, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and drive sales
- Utilize retail math skills to negotiate and close deals with customers
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong retail sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in cold calling and generating leads
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
