Full-time | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Real Estate, or a related field required. Five or more years of successful sales experience, with demonstrated achievement of revenue, occupancy, or business development goals. Proven ability to manage a consultative sales process and close high-value transactions. Experience in senior living, Life Plan Communities, CCRC, healthcare, or high-end residential sales preferred. SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) credential preferred. Serve as the primary sales representative for Woodcrest Villa's luxury apartments and future independent living growth initiatives. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing and converting prospective residents and their families. Conduct personalized consultations, discovery meetings, tours, presentations and follow-up interactions with prospective residents. Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, including lead qualifications, financial discussions, apartment selection, reservation agreements and move-in coordination. Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and community groups that effectively communicate the value, benefits, and unique offerings of Woodcrest Villa and the broader Tandem Living continuum of care. Partner with the Move-in Coordinator to ensure a seamless resident transition from reservation through occupancy.
