Internet Sales Job Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to all internet leads, phone calls and online inquiries using CRM. Provide accurate information about vehicles and pricing. Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits or test drives. Follow up with potential customer via email, phone, and text to nurture leads and maintain relationships. Work closely with the sales department to ensure a smooth transition from online inquiry to in-person sale. Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, current promotions, and manufacturer programs. Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals.

Salesperson Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their selections while demonstrating new and used vehicles Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions Perform product presentation with customer and demonstrate features of suitable automobiles Effectively present offers to customers and effectively complete daily follow up Product delivery - Ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or related customer service/sales role preferred. Three years driving experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Proficient with CRM systems, email communication, and online sales tools. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
