We're a small, competitive team that protects families and businesses with auto, home, life, and commercial coverage. We're growing, and we're looking for another rep who wants to build a real career here, not just a job. What You'll Do Work internet leads, and referrals to quote and close new personal lines business (auto, home, umbrella) Cross-sell existing clients into additional lines, including life and financial products Make outbound calls daily to warm and cold prospects Run full quotes in Allstate systems, present coverage options, and close the sale Follow up on open quotes and unsold leads with consistent, organized pipeline management Build relationships in the local community that turn into referral sources Hit weekly and monthly activity and production targets What We're Looking For PA Property & Casualty license preferred. Not licensed? If you have the sales background and the drive, you can work with our licensed reps to close deals.
