POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting customers, both in person and by telephone, to purchase product from the company. Incumbents will gather order information from the customer and/or make recommendations regarding products/materials to fulfill the customer's needs. Incumbents will also work in the warehouse pulling orders and may deliver the product. This is an entry-level inside sales position.

Essential Functions Statement(s) Keystone Drill Services provides sales, parts, service, and rentals to construction, water well, mining, exploration and oil, gas drilling industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented, computer-savvy Parts Counter Sales Associate to support customers and handle daily parts sales. Responsibilities Assist customers with water well drilling equipment parts Enter quotes, sales and orders, in NetSuite ERP Look up part numbers, pricing, and availability Coordinate with warehouse and shipping to ensure accurate order fulfillment Qualifications Strong computer skills required Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred Parts counter, inside sales, or industrial sales experience preferred Drilling or water well industry knowledge ideal Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
