Responsibilities:

Build individual rapport with customers and actively collaborate with internal technical teams to demonstrate product knowledge and subject matter expertise. Provide prompt, efficient, and customer-focused service in response to inquiries through various channels. Analyze situations, answer customer questions, and resolve issues as they arise. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy in order management and order entry. Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP systems with a high level of data integrity. Gather customer feedback and share insights with leadership to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Prior experience with CRM and/or ERP software is preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, proofreading, and editing, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to learn and understand technical aspects of products and services.
