Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive growth by engaging with potential customers directly in the field, promoting our heavy equipment and powersports products. Your enthusiasm and sales expertise will help expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including community events and local networking Demonstrate technical sales energy solutions, explaining features and benefits to diverse audiences Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and following up post-sale Skills Proven experience in outside sales, especially in equipment. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective outside selling and presentations Knowledge of equipment and powersports products Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
