DFence & Outdoor is looking for a motivated, competitive, and personable Outbound Sales Representative to help generate new business through proactive outreach. This is not a position where you sit around waiting for leads to come in. We are looking for someone who is comfortable creating opportunities, starting conversations, and building relationships. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified sales opportunities through: Cold Calling

• Proactively contact homeowners, businesses, property managers, contractors, and other potential customers. Door Knocking
• Work targeted neighborhoods and areas where we are actively completing projects to generate new opportunities. B2C Sales
• Connect directly with homeowners who may need fencing, concrete, hardscaping, or other outdoor improvements. B2B Sales
• Develop relationships with builders, property managers, HOAs, real estate professionals, general contractors, commercial properties, and other potential referral partners. Networking
• Attend local networking events, business groups, community events, and other opportunities to build relationships and generate business.

Consistently follow up with prospects and previous contacts. Maintain accurate notes and activity inside our CRM. Track calls, conversations, appointments, leads, and results. Work closely with management to identify neighborhoods, businesses, and markets to target. Who We're Looking For We want someone who is: Comfortable talking to strangers both on the phone and face-to-face Confident knocking on doors and introducing themselves Competitive and motivated by results Professional, personable, and trustworthy Able to handle rejection without losing momentum Organized with consistent follow-up Comfortable working independently without needing constant supervision Interested in developing relationships instead of simply making calls Sales experience is preferred, but work ethic, communication skills, and coachability are more important Experience in home services, construction, roofing, fencing, concrete, landscaping, pest control, solar, insurance, automotive sales, or other outbound sales environments is a plus. What Success Looks Like Success in this position isn't measured by simply showing up. We are looking for consistent activity that produces results. You'll be expected to maintain a strong level of outbound activity through cold calls, door knocking, networking, follow-ups, and B2B prospecting while consistently generating qualified appointments and new opportunities.
