HTI is hiring Junior Business Development Representatives (JBDR) — and we're specifically looking for student-athletes with a business-related degree who are open to relocating anywhere in the U.S.
This role is designed for driven, coachable, high-energy graduates who want real training, real responsibility, and a clear path to growth in sales and leadership.

What you'll do
As a Junior Business Development Representative, you'll go through an 9-12 month rotational training program and learn the full sales process while working directly with experienced sales, operations, and marketing teams.
You'll gain hands-on experience in:
prospecting and new business development
client meetings, presentations, and proposals
relationship management and account growth
cross-selling multiple workforce and HR solutions
using CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline
representing HTI at networking and industry events
This is a true launchpad role for a long-term sales career.
Who we're looking for
Bachelors degree graduates with a business-type degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related)
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
Coachable and eager to learn
Comfortable with travel and a hybrid office/field role
Open to relocation anywhere
