The Sales Specialist position is an hourly + COMMISSION opportunity that is challenging and fun, while bringing innovative ideas to the Studio. Our goal is to engage in the Indian Land, Lancaster, Marvin and Fort Mill communities through fitness. HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction. Our patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise- what we like to call "3D Training"- and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available!.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while effectively promoting and selling our services. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their membership needs while understanding their fitness goals. Communicate infrared sauna features and benefits to customers effectively. Sell services by understanding customer fitness goals and providing tailored recommendations. Handle transactions accurately using a CRM/POS system. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries and reaching out to leads. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience. Skills Strong in-person and phone etiquette for effective communication with members and leads. Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling and transaction processing. Experience in transactions and operating a CRM/POS system. Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to sell services effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a tidy sales area. Willingness to learn and implement the HOTWORX sales structure This is an active role—team members must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and move quickly around the studio to support members and daily operations.
