This is a full-time W-2 sales position focused on in-home sales. We provide pre-set appointments with homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling. Your job is to understand what the homeowner wants to accomplish, present the right solution, build value, and earn their business. Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$175,000+ annual earning potential W-2 employment Base salary plus uncapped commission Vehicle allowance Paid training and structured onboarding Paid time off Paid holidays Company-generated appointments No cold calling required What You'll Do Run pre-set in-home bathroom remodeling appointments Meet with homeowners and understand their needs, goals, and budget Present bathroom remodeling solutions using our proven sales process and technology Build value and confidently ask for the sale Create accurate proposals and maintain customer documentation Follow up consistently with homeowners who don't purchase during the initial appointment Attend sales meetings, coaching, and training Work toward monthly sales, closing-rate, and other performance goals Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys competing and wants their results to have a meaningful impact on their income.

We are willing to train an exceptional candidate with the right personality, work ethic, and competitive drive. Schedule & Territory This is not a traditional 8-to-5 desk position. Our customers often need to meet after work, so evening appointments and Saturdays are part of the schedule. While many appointments are in or near Sioux Falls, some appointments may be 60-90 minutes or more from Sioux Falls, so regular driving is an important part of this position. A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the territory are required. A vehicle allowance is provided. Why Five Star Bath Solutions?
