Safe Haven Security is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive residential and small-business security and smart home sales. In this field-based role, you'll prospect door-to-door and via referrals, qualify leads, deliver persuasive in-home presentations, and customize ADT-backed security and automation solutions. You'll manage the full sales cycle from demo to close, coordinate installation, and ensure a smooth customer handoff. Ideal candidates are competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new residential and small-business leads within an assigned territory Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer security and automation needs Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and sales presentations for ADT-backed solutions Customize security and smart home packages and prepare clear pricing proposals Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and installation scheduling Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and performance metrics Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM tools Collaborate with installation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding Represent Safe Haven Security professionally in the field and at local events or promotions Continuously build product knowledge and stay current on promotions and competitive offerings Required Skills Outside sales Prospecting & lead generation Door-to-door sales CRM software Sales presentations Negotiation and closing Territory management Customer relationship management Basic smart home/security systems knowledge Time management
