We help homeowners upgrade their service and switch to better plans, in person, door to door. What you'll do: Walk assigned neighborhoods in the Rio Grande Valley and speak directly with homeowners about their current internet, TV, and phone service. Present available plans and help customers switch to better pricing and service. Close sales in the field using our proven, conversational (not pushy) sales approach. Track daily activity and report results to your team lead. What we're looking for: Outgoing, confident communicators comfortable walking neighborhoods and knocking on doors daily. Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to earn. Reliable transportation to your assigned territory. Prior door-to-door, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required, we train. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus in the Valley.

Compensation:

100% commission, top reps earn $800 to $3,000+ per pay period. Biweekly pay, uncapped earning potential. Bonuses and incentives for top performers.

Schedule:

Full-time, flexible daytime and evening hours, Monday through Saturday.
