We're looking for a driven Agriculture & Construction Equipment Sales Representative to join our Hondo team and become a trusted partner to the producers who feed the world. Duties and Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with local farmers and agricultural producers
• Match top-tier products and solution to the unique need of each operation
• Provide expert guidance on equipment, crop inputs, or precision ag solutions (depending on your background)
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest technology and trends in agriculture
• Own your territory with pride
• identify opportunities, grow sales, and celebrate success
• Submit sales documents to the Finance & Inventory Manager in accordance with company policy
• Submit proper equipment make-ready sheet to service manager for each sold unit Requirements
• A deep respect for the agricultural industry
• and the people who work in it
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (Bilingual a plus!)
• Self-motivation and results-driving mindset
• Experience in ag equipment sales and farming is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally and spend time with customers face-to-face
• Ability to operate all equipment carried and sold Benefits
