We are seeking a Team Lead Trainee to represent AT&T throughout the community while learning the skills needed to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. In this role, you'll serve as a brand ambassador, build meaningful relationships with customers, and work alongside experienced leaders to learn team management, training, and performance development.

Team Lead Trainee Responsibilities:

Learn how to lead by example while supporting and motivating fellow team members. Represent the AT&T brand through community outreach, customer engagement initiatives, and promotional campaigns. Assist with coaching, training, and onboarding new representatives as you develop into a leadership role. Work alongside leadership to help monitor team performance and achieve daily and weekly goals. Help coordinate community outreach efforts, and promotional activities. Provide ongoing support and encouragement to teammates while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Gather customer feedback and community insights to improve future campaigns and customer experiences. Maintain a polished, professional image while representing both AT&T and the organization.

Team Lead Trainee Qualifications:

Excellent communication and people skills. Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or community engagement is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
