You'll be: Answering inbound customer calls regarding product availability, pricing, and shipment confirmations Performing accurate order entry and providing quotes for products Addressing customer complaints and initiating RGAs (Returned Goods Authorization) Supporting outside sales representatives and collaborating with the team to maintain adequate inventory stock Updating inventory planning reports and sending EDI PO acknowledgments, ASNs, and invoices Utilizing inventory management and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office, to support daily operations This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting Are proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with inventory management or ERP systems Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and EDI knowledge Hold an Associate's degree or equivalent Demonstrate high attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
