The Sales Representative will work directly with homeowners to understand their remodeling needs, provide product and design recommendations, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the sales process from the initial consultation through project approval. Our ideal candidate is confident, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working toward sales goals. Experience in kitchen and bath remodeling, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, or residential construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for home design, and wants to grow with a local, expanding company. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in our showroom Meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs Identify customer needs, preferences, style, and budget Recommend appropriate cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, backsplashes, showers, and other products Take measurements and gather information needed to prepare accurate estimates. Prepare and present estimates and proposals to customers Follow up with leads, estimates, and prospective customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet or exceed individual and company sales goals Coordinate with designers, installers, vendors, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience Communicate project details and expectations clearly with customers Stay knowledgeable about company products, pricing, promotions, and current inventory Maintain an organized and professional showroom Attend appointments, showroom consultations, and occasional job-site meetings as needed Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional personality Basic math skills for pricing calculations, invoicing, and inventory management Strong customer-service skills Motivated and goal-oriented Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers and projects Ability to follow up consistently with leads and customers Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable using computers, email, Excel, and QuickBooks software We are looking for someone who is personable, dependable, ambitious, and eager to learn. Remodeling or sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with customers are just as important.
