Emerald Custom Pools is a National Top 50 leader in designing and building luxury custom swimming pools and outdoor living. We're looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our growing team. If you have a background in swimming pools, construction, and/or design—and a passion for creating dream outdoor spaces—this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are moving into a brand-new headquarters this Fall and look forward to growing our design team.

What We Offer:

Qualified leads provided weekly. Amongst the highest percentage-based pay in the area with a generous bonus structure. Flexible, full-time schedule with occasional nights and weekends. Full benefits available after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options. Region of operation is primarily the western part of DFW and surrounding counties. Take home vehicle provided.

What We're Looking For:

1-2+ years of experience in the pool industry and/or construction preferred Highly preferred experience with Structure Studios pool design software or strong CAD design skills. Strong communication, customer relationship, and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong industry connections and referral sources are highly desired.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss custom pool designs and options. Collect accurate measurements and data to complete custom designs Utilize Structure Studios to create 3D pool designs. Provide detailed proposals and guide clients through the sales process. Maintain strong follow-up and customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Why Join Us?
