Full-Time About the Role Peak Pest Control is looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our in-office team. This role focuses on inbound sales, account growth, and customer retention . You'll work with customers who are interested in starting service, help existing customers add services that fit their needs, and work with customers who may be considering cancellation to find solutions and retain their business when possible. If you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, handling objections, and earning more based on your performance—without door-to-door sales—this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in pest control, lawn care, and other home services Follow up with incoming leads by phone, text, and email Explain service options, pricing, and recurring service plans Recommend and sell additional services to existing customers when appropriate Work with customers who are considering cancellation and identify opportunities to resolve concerns and retain their business Listen to customer concerns, ask the right questions, and offer appropriate solutions Handle objections confidently and professionally Ask for the sale and work toward closing new business Build strong, long-term customer relationships through clear and professional communication Follow up with leads and customers who have not yet made a purchasing decision Accurately document calls, sales, retention efforts, and customer interactions in our CRM Work toward individual and team goals for sales, account growth, and customer retention

What We're Looking For Required:

Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable talking with customers and asking for the sale Ability to handle objections, complaints, and cancellation requests professionally Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Positive, customer-focused attitude Ability to remain calm and confident during difficult conversations Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Dependable and able to work well as part of a team Preferred, but not required: Previous sales, customer service, or customer retention experience Experience with inbound sales or account management Experience working with a CRM FieldRoutes experience Pest control, lawn care, or home-service industry experience Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 7:45 AM-4:15 PM Some Saturdays may be required Sundays off Compensation & Perks Hourly base pay plus commission Opportunity to increase earnings through sales and retention performance Paid training Sales and retention scripts, coaching, and ongoing support Stable, year-round position Growth opportunities within the company Supportive, team-oriented office environment Why Work at Peak Pest Control?
