Job Description

Overview Heigh Torr Estate is a historic estate and award-winning wedding venue situated on 178-acres of scenic countryside in Loudoun County, VA. This venue features the one-of-a-kind Weekender Package™ , which gives couples and their loved ones exclusive, overnight access to the estate for the weekend. As an Event Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for couples looking to book their wedding at Heigh Torr Estate and throughout their special day! Duties The main responsibility will to be the on-site contact and coordination for the wedding planner and couples during their wedding day (usually Saturdays) from 4pm - 11pm ET. You may also give on-site venue tours to prospective couples (1-2 days per week). Give on-site pre-event venue walkthroughs with booked couples and their wedding planner and vendors (1 days per week)

Bonus:

Have social media and/or sales experience to help showcase and advertise the venue! Candidates should be positive, friendly, and enjoy working with people! Experience in sales is required, and experience the wedding or hospitality industry is a bonus.
