Summary Rainier Fruit Company is seeking a motivated and highly organized Sales Support Specialist to add to our team! This role plays a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of our office, lending administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a creative problem solver and able to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email
• Monitor inventory levels
• Effectively communicate with the sales, production and shipping teams to coordinate timely and efficient order fulfillment
• Manage purchase orders from creation to final shipment
• Oversee accounts receivable to ensure correct and on-time payment

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative experience in an office setting preferred
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook
• Ability to conduct work accurately and efficiently
