We are currently hiring a full-time AT&T Sales Representative to support customer engagement and sales efforts in retail locations and designated event spaces throughout the Madison area. This is an in-person position. Representatives work directly with customers inside assigned retail locations, providing information about AT&T products and services and assisting with new account activation. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and building experience in customer-facing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in assigned retail locations and event settings Provide accurate information about AT&T wireless and internet services Answer customer questions and recommend appropriate service options Assist customers with account setup and service enrollment Maintain a professional and organized workspace Meet individual and team performance goals Stay up to date on current products, services, and promotions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
