The Role:

The Inside Sales Representative will contact customers who have abandoned their online shopping carts. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to these customers, answer product questions, provide recommendations, and help them complete their purchase. The ideal candidate is confident and personable on the phone and willing to learn Vyper's product line to provide a helpful, personalized experience and recover lost sales.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers who have abandoned their online shopping carts. Follow up with abandoned-cart customers to answer questions, provide product information, and help them complete their purchase. Develop a strong understanding of Vyper's product line to confidently assist customers. Recommend products based on the customer's needs and questions. Build relationships with customers and provide a positive, helpful, and personalized experience each and every time. Address customer questions and overcome basic objections to help recover sales. Consistently meet daily calling and sales goals. Make timely follow-up calls to abandoned-cart customers when needed to recover potential sales. Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity. Qualifications Strong communication and phone skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers. Ability to learn and understand Vyper's products and confidently explain them to customers. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the day. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, organized, and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks. Ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide helpful recommendations. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
