Position Mission:

Effectively handle day to day customer operations that keep their supply chain efficient, on-time and success delivered while growing new opportunities within your customers. Who are you? Position Summary:

Accept, enter, appoint, track and manage load tenders via EDI and email from our customers

Accountabilities/Roles:

Customer Success:

Understand needs, build relationships, and deliver on customers' expectations. 2.

EDI/Portal Management:

Order acceptance, updates/changes, closing, scorecard results. 3.

Order Management:

Create, appoint, track, update, charges, detention, close, transfer to billing and over communication. 4 .

Customer Development:

Listen and ask for opportunities to grow the customer book of business. Secondary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Detention tracking 2. Order Entry 3. Cross Train and fill in for vacation. Specific Measurements of Success 1. Achieving On Time Delivery goals (98%) 2. Ensuring minimum customer scorecard requirements are delivered as expected. 3. Timely, proactive communication with our customers.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to master the computer-based transportation management system needed to successfully perform job duties Run time/distance calculations to identify late trucks Proactively communicate issues Excellent attention to detail and pride in work completed Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication Skills to develop effective relationships Ability to learn quickly and retain information Desire to grow, develop, and participate in a team-centered culture Take initiative eagerly Analyze information and issues and offer solutions
