- Full-time Customer Relations and Parts Advisor Primary Responsibilities Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers both over the phone and over the counter.
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed Pick and stage parts for customer orders Pick up returns Check in and stock daily inventory orders Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards Secondary Responsibilities Assist in store inventory processes Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot Drop off weekly / monthly sales flyer Essential Job Skills
- Experience Must have knowledge of automotive systems.
Working knowledge of automotive systems, and diagnostic ability to include: internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, etc. Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management Valid Drivers License with good driving record is a necessity Must be able to adherd to point based attendance policy Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; ability to write simple correspondence Ability to understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to complete basic math accurately: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required) Strong organizational skills Ability to work an assortment of days and weekends as needed 40 hours per week. Store hours Monday
- Friday 7:30-5:30 and Saturday 8:00 am
- Noon.
