That's not the ceiling — it's the floor. We've set a goal to hit nine figures in the next 24 months, and we're expanding into Milwaukee to help get us there. We need people on the ground who want to grow with us, not watch from the sidelines. This is not a "sell some roofs and collect a paycheck" role. This is a ground-floor seat on a company that's about to scale hard. The Job Meet homeowners face-to-face. Diagnose what they actually need. Run our sales process from first knock to final inspection. Build a territory that's yours. No experience required — we're not looking for someone who's already good at this. We're looking for someone who's going to be great at this in six months, because you were built for it before you ever knew roofing existed. Who We're Actually Looking For 1+ year in customer service, serving/hospitality, or competitive athletics. That's it. That's the background we want, not a sales resume.
