About the Role At Nick's Menswear, we help people look and feel their best for some of the most important moments of their lives. As a Wedding Coordinator , you are the go-to person for grooms, couples, and wedding parties. You'll guide clients through the entire wedding journey — from registration to styling — while also serving as a key store leader. Why Join Nick's Menswear Full-time (40-42 hours per week) with benefits Leadership-track role — second in command when the manager is out Direct impact helping couples during a meaningful life moment Fun, high-energy team culture with room for growth Family-owned company where your voice matters Unlimited commission potential on custom-built garments What You'll DoWedding Experience & Client Care Lead wedding consultations and create a smooth, fun, stress-free experience Register wedding parties and assist with styling, sizing, and coordination Keep wedding files, supplies, and backroom areas organized Check in wedding suits arriving from the warehouse Communicate with wedding parties via email and text (primarily Gmail) Review weddings set up by other associates for accuracy Handle minor sizing or service questions and escalate larger concerns to leadership Leadership & Team Support Serve as a store leader and support the team throughout the day Reinforce company values and maintain a positive, accountable culture Assist new hires in learning wedding processes and customer experience standards Help monitor timecards and support leadership tasks as needed Be an expert stylist and a reliable resource for the team Store Support Move with urgency and assist multiple customers when needed Jump in to support teammates and the sales floor Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready store environment Confidently use Lightspeed POS and Google Drive, Sheets, and Gmail Follow policies, maintain professionalism, and stay customer-focused What We're Looking For Outgoing, bubbly, and enthusiastic personality Passion for weddings and helping people feel their best Strong communication skills (in person, email, and text) Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Reliable, professional, and proactive Team player who leads by example Bonus Points If You Have Retail or customer service experience Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or styling Google Workspace or POS experience
