Full-time At Diamond Honda in Puente Hills , we are looking for an Internet Sales Director who is driven by success and looking for innovative ways in creating excitement and cohesiveness within a team setting.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop an internet sales team that will meet or exceed sales goals.
Maximize sales opportunities by fully utilizing all tools given to succeed. Provide constant training of internet personnel to boost conversion rates, timely follow-up on leads and developing a strong customer base for future success.
Work closely with finance and sales managers while maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
Desk all internet deals and stay up to date with the current incentives, rates and marketing conditions.
Manage dealer inventory as it pertains to the market.

What You'll Need:

Proven track record of success in automotive retail sales or internet sales.
Valid California Driver's License
Valid California Sales License
Clean Driving Record
Proof of authorization to work within the United States
Excellent communication skills
