As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our Bilingual Sales Enrollment Associate team. This Bilingual Sales Enrollment Associate role offers a unique opportunity to build trusting relationships with customers while representing one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands. As a Bilingual Sales Enrollment Associate, you will work with customers so that they receive top services with professionalism and care. The Bilingual Sales Enrollment Associate's focus will be on driving wireless sales and service enrollment initiatives for our wireless devices by listening to customer concerns, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Create the ideal customer experience by bringing wireless services and convenience to them in-person Work with customers to service, promote and sell AT&T products and services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience Provide top-notch customer service by addressing questions, inquiries on services and resolving concerns Stay up to date with AT&T product offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and account details. Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Experience in customer service, sales, technology, telecommunications or customer based roles is a plus Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to remain solution oriented under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and eager to enhance skills professionally.
